What is HIMARS?

In the 30 September 2026 tutorial the player fielded one HIMARS with many tanks. He said even one HIMARS can do a lot of damage if used well, and he used it to check for enemy movement before firing. No range, ammo, cost, or research node was shown. The experience page says you manufacture vehicles, which is the official production route, without naming HIMARS.

Do I need a military pass to unlock SRBM, GLCM, MRBM, or Hypersonic BM?

The September tutorial unlocks quest names at the military base by destroying enemy units or buildings, and it never required a pass. The French pass text uses the same abbreviations for B-Strike and MdCN equipment. Buy the pass only if you want the listed gear, not because a quest page told you to.
